By purchasing from Shadow, you agree to follow all of our terms and conditions. We provide a 3-day warranty on eligible products. If an issue is determined to be our fault, compensation will be provided in the form of store credit. Abuse of our services, false claims, or chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our store and support.
